Work with me

Every engagement starts with one call.

I don’t sell packages. Everything I build is designed around your specific bottleneck — and I can’t know what that is until we talk. So whether you end up working with me for an hour or a quarter, it starts the same way: one focused call where we find what’s actually stalling your momentum.

The Bottleneck Finder Call

20 minutes to pinpoint what's actually stalling your growth.

You’ll tell me where things keep breaking down. I’ll tell you why, and what’s worth fixing first.

We look at what you’ve tried, what keeps slipping through the cracks, and where your business feels heaviest — through the same three lenses as the Momentum Quiz: performance, stability, and capacity. You don’t need perfect numbers. You just need to bring what’s true about how your business is running right now.

You’ll walk away with a short list of priorities and a clear first move — whether or not we ever work together again.

On this call, we'll:

What happens after the call?

That depends entirely on what we find.

Sometimes the call is enough — you leave with your priorities straight and go execute. Sometimes there’s a specific problem worth solving together, and I’ll design a recommendation built around it. Not a package off a shelf. A piece of work with your name on it, scoped to the bottleneck we found.

My goal on every call is to give you my best advice, even if that advice isn’t me.

The Bottleneck Finder

What this has looked like for other founders

Recent engagements have included:

An agency owner preparing for maternity leave needed her most demanding client call fully handed off to her project manager. We built the handoff blueprint together in one working session — the agenda, the escalation thresholds, and a communication loop that kept her informed without pulling her back in.

A coach mid-build on a new site and program suite wanted an outside operational read on her customer journey. In one session we mapped where the gaps were hiding, what to automate now versus later, and the order to build the rest.

Every one of these started with a Bottleneck Finder Call. None of them were things I could have proposed before it.
